How to archive old emails to free up outlook mail storage space.
On the Old Outlook desktop application, you should be able to go to File -> Tools -> Mailbox Cleanup -> Find items older than 90 days -> Select the mail you want to archive -> Right Click -> Archive.
Accessing Archived Emails: To find your archived emails, look for the Archive folder in your folder list on the left side of the Outlook window. If you don’t see it, ensure that your folder pane is visible by going to View > Folder Pane > Normal.




On the New Outlook desktop app, follow these steps:
Select the Email(s): Open your Outlook application and navigate to your inbox. Click on the email or emails you wish to archive.
Use the Archive Button: Look for the Archive button in the toolbar at the top of the window. This button is typically found in the Delete group. Clicking this will move your selected emails to the Archive folder.
Confirmation Notification: After archiving, a pop-up notification will confirm that your action was successful and will give you an option to Undo if needed.
