Turning off Automatic Teams Meetings on Calendar Invites
After a recent Outlook update, you may notice that a Teams link appears in every meeting when someone is invited

To turn this off, please follow the below:
1. Click File in the top left

2. Click Options in the bottom left

3. Click Calendar in the left hand pane

4. Click on 'Add Meeting Provider...' under Calendar Options

5. Untick 'Add online meeting to all meetings' and click OK

6. Click OK on the options and a Teams meeting link will not appear by default on further meeting invites
