Synching Outlook Contacts to your Mobile Device

1. Open the Outlook App

2. Press on your picture or initial in the top left corner. It will bring the folders menu out as below

3. Press the Settings cog in the bottom left corner

4. Press on your Grimshaw email address

5. Press on the 'Save Contacts' slider

6. Once done, the slider should turn Blue and ask you to confirm whether you want to save 'x' number of contacts to your phone. "Press Save to my iPhone" (or equivalent for Android phones)

7. If successful, your contacts will appear within your phones native contact app as below.

Please note: As stated in the contact card displayed below, the contacts are Read Only in the native app. No additional contacts or changes to existing contacts will appear in Outlook.
