Changing your password via Okta or Unlocking your Okta account

Has your password expired or you just forgot it? Follow these steps to reset your password. Your Okta password is the same password as your computer.

1. Go to https://grimshaw.okta.com/..

2. Before you enter your email click on "Need help signing in?" link which will then expand to show to show other choices. Click on either "Forgot password?" or "unlock account?".

3. Choose "Reset via SMS" or "Reset via Voice Call". If you don't have your number on file you will need to call Help Desk.
