How to attach a lot of Newforma emails via a link so I can forward them on to someone? Rather than sending them as individual attachments as they are quite big file sizes?

There are two options available for how you would like to provide this email information:

1. Would be to send the emails as a package of files through a "File Transfer" from Newforma to the intended recipients. This option would be best if the information is being provided to an external contact
2. Would be to generate and send an email containing file links to each of the emails to the intended recipients. This option would be best if the information is being provided to an internal (Grimshaw) contact

Please see pictured below, the two methods of sending this email information:
1. Select/Highlight the email(s) you want to provide, then either right click or from the left hand Tasks panel, select Info Exchange and choose Transfer only. Complete the File Transfer form to deliver the email contents to the required recipients.

2. Select/Highlight the email(s) you want to provide, then either right click or from the left hand Tasks panel, select Email and choose Send As Link. A new email will open in MS Outlook for you to send the file links on to the required recipients.
